Update on weight loss

As an update on my last post on weight loss I have only 6.5kgs left to go in achieving my goal weight!

The bad days have been harder and harder to be bad on. I have lost interest in so many of the junk foods I use to eat. They make me sick now. Chocolate however remains ever present.

It will be interesting to see how I transition to maintenance mode once I achieve my goal.
